Let’s take a look at it. Worrying is a great thief of time. It’s always the worst possible thing that comes to mind. One of the reasons we worry is because we feel powerless to control our future. So instead of escalating into a spiral frenzy that can ruin an entire day for yourself and those around you, Stop yourself in mid-flight and have a conversation with your inner spirit. When you first desire to find the peace (which is a must to remove your anxiety) ask a Blessing over your circumstances whatever they are, Believe there is an answer and Claim God’s help even before it’s given. Then you are opening yourself to receive the solution. Worrying about the future robs you of the present moment, so observe how much worrying you do as worry...
